Cod

Fisheries research shows that the cod stock is declining. Therefore special rules apply to this species.

Bag limit

  • You may have a maximum of 25 cod or a maximum of 20 kg in possession.
  • Filleting or removing the head is not allowed. This allows the original size of the fish to be determined.
  • These rules also apply to inland waters that are open to the sea, to coastal waters, and to sea areas up to 30 kilometres inland.
